Shipping

 ALL SHIPMENTS in the USA are sent via the most economical way possible at our discretion. Standard shipping will either be sent by US Flat Rate Boxes or UPS.  Customer will be charged the published rate plus our handling fee of $3.00 for all packages.  All shipments over US$300 in value will be sent by UPS or Fed Ex.  Any expedited shipments in the USA will be assessed at minimum,  the fees below.

  • UPS Next Day Service (no Saturday delivery) $48
     
  • UPS 2nd Day Service (no Saturday delivery) $35
  • Please note these prices are based on 1lb packages valued at US$100 or less.  Additional charges will apply based on value of the package as well as the weight of the package.  We insure packages that are valued over $100 through the carrier at your expense.
  • For Standard shipping please allow 3 days for us to process your orders. Total delivery time ranges from 3-12 business days from the day of purchase before receiving your order.

Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Currently, we only ship to Canada and England. Rates are as follows:

  • Canada $18 (allow 10-18 days for delivery)
     
  • England $30 (allow 12-20 days for delivery)
     
  • Delivery times and rates may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending
    upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.

Refusal of Package: If you refuse a package shipped, you will be responsible for the original delivery charges and be charged the fee to ship the package back to us as well as any duties charged to us.

Delays beyond our control: Delays in delivery due to "Acts of Nature" or mechanical issues will not be reimbursed.

Customs Charges/Import Duties: For international orders, any duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost Packages: On rare occasions, due to no fault on our part, a package sent via the carrier may not arrive at its destination. In such an instance, we will reship your order after a reasonable time has elapsed, but will require that you sign and return a letter confirming that your package indeed was never received. This is required so that we can be reimbursed by our insurance company. If we do not receive this signed form back from you, we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement shipment.
