If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange most items for a full refund of the original price paid, less shipping.
Items returned to us MUST be in their original condition and packaging. Special Order Items, Cut Chains, and wire will not be accepted for returns under any circumstances.
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RA number (Return Authorization) from us directly. You can obtain this by calling us during business hours or by email 24hrs/day.
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and a copy of the invoice within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping costs. The customer is still liable for shipping both ways. Absolutely No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We do not offer Cash Refunds.
We charge a 25% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging. Any missing parts will be deducted from the total credit received.
Any shipping cost you incur to return any products to us will not be refunded or credited to your account.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made the error.
We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will not be able to process your return.
- RA number
- Full name and address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Original Order Confirmation Number
- Your reason for returning the merchandise
- Copy of your invoice

All returns must be shipped back to Modes Jewelry using a courier such as: (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)
Please allow 14 business days for us to process all returns and exchanges. Any returns not received by us must be investigated by the customer. If you do not ship the return by one of the couriers stated above and cannot track the package or provide us a tracking number for the return, Modes Jewelry will assume no responsibility for crediting your account.
